<<You and you fellow comrades just don't get it. Back to the USSR....>>

Only if their tickets are taxpayer paid. Until then, erecting that Beast here, is priority #1.

Yes, they eventually had to crawl into the mud to deal with the sleaze that said "Pay up and play our game or we'll pull you to pieces and destroy you".

MSFT did much more than that, they hired people to not only pay off congressmen, they hired people to lie to the general public, including having dead people write their congressmen..... and funding several "institutes" to show us public how unharmed we are.....

and saying that AOL, SUNW, and ORCL destroyed innovation is laughable at best, with out AOL, there would be no MSN, without SUNW, there would be no .net or C# ect.... ect.... ect...

MSFT has stolen or copied or just plain bought outright every single "innovation" that they have ever come up with.... EVER, including DOS....... without companies like AOL, SUNW and ORCL, MSFT wouldn't have half of it's so called innovations.... without APPLE, Netscape, INTU, RealNetworks and several dozen other companies, MSFT wouldn't have the other half of it's so called innovations....

and yet it is trying to destroy EVERY SINGLE ONE of these companies, and THEY ALL are testifying against MSFT..... that right there tells you how well MSFT will fair in the market place going forward, when it can no longer "innovate" through stealing, because everyone including RealNetworks is now dealing with MSFT as who they are..... a roving band of the Mob...... as proven by Michael Lewis in his book The New New Thing.

when MSFT walked into a board meeting of another company and threatened them with death of their busines if they didn't give MSFT a piece of the action.....

MSFT has already lost it's way, it is less than it's price it was about four years ago, not something many other well managed and "innovative" companies can say....
