ARIA Had a good up-gap this morning and closed above the 5.35 resistance, which is now a support level.<g>

Of course today's up-gap was due to the news that treatment with their AP23573, has the ability to shrink tumors. The only problem is that the study involved only animal subjects, since ARIA has no human trials as yet.<g>

It still has to close above the April 2 H (5.72) although it traded above that level today.<g> Actually todays intra-day H of 6.25 was short of the December 10 H of 6.40 which is its next major resistance.<g>

The insiders only hold around 6% of the shares and institutions close to 30% with some buying lately. ARIA has continued to lose money but it still has enough for at least two more years at its current burn rate.<g>

On a close above 6.40 it seems ARIA could test the resistance from February 2001 at 8.37 and December 2000 at the 8.85 level.<g>
