Just because some lawyer wrote it doen't make it true. " The allegations that are contained in the class action lawsuit are all obtained by testimony in the Infineon case. That's why a jury of 12 convicted Rambus of fraud. And where did the Infineon lawyers get the stinky admissions? It's all from Rambus documents, the testimony of Rambus employees, and the documents and testimony of Rambus lawyers. These are not speculations, these are direct quotes from evidence that was allowed at the Infineon trial. This is where the class action lawsuits are starting. From here, they will get Rambus' attorney-client privilege revoked (as has happened at least twice before already), and then they will go on a document hunt for new evidence. What I'm trying to explain here is that the document hunts that the Infineon lawyers have already searched for was for documents indicating that Rambus was running a patent fraud against JEDEC (and therefore Infineon) and knew it. The new documents that the class action lawyers are going to search for will be with respect to Rambus running a confidence game against their own shareholders (and Edelstone I suppose). It could get hot for Rambus. Remember, the more devastating items against Rambus in the Infineon trial didn't come to light until after Infineon broke the attorney-client privilege. Rambus had their own employees destroy all the incriminating evidence, but lawyers can't do that. This next document search will generate a new pile of incriminating documents and when it does, I'm going to be on the thread (assuming that SI is still alive), and saying "I told you so." -- Carl
