I'm seeing plenty of articles like this lately. Just hope the judge sees it the same way. your hoping a tenth judge, in a series of nine will fall for this propaganda that MSFT had their paid "institutes" write in publications in the washington post in two page adds back for the nine judges long ago... saying exactly the same thing..... i've got news for you, not a single judge that has heard MSFT of the nine, have been swayed by such propaganda.... and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them ruled against MSFT in what will cost MSFT the most amount of money...... EVERY SINGLE ONE...... betting on this judge doing the opposite is not a smart bet.... but good luck anyway...... jon.
