Miljenko, if you're switching from short positions, it tells me that risk/reward is balanced towards the upside. Today, ^BTK made its lowest close of 2002 (good time to cover!). In '01, ^BTK made its lowest close on 4/4/01 (8% lower than now), and rallied to the highest close of the year two months later on 6/5/01.

That close was 50% higher than now (674.38). Of course, history doesn't repeat. Still, the recent history is that there can be powerful and quick rallies after a short attack and a handful of clinical failures.
