So then why do you think that he doesn't reflect the desires of the Palestinian people?


Z, because I think the Palestinians want their own state and yet Arafat turned it down when he had the chance. Nonetheless, it would seem the Palestinians continue to support.

Of course, Arafat would not be the first leader to have his people fooled into continuing to support him even when he fails to provide them with what they want. Look at Hussein. They both use the same tactic.......finding a common enemy to hate.
