Problem is, Doug, there is more to the price of gold than just GATA. Much of that which you post is little more than a GATA commercial. While many of us agree with much of GATA's beliefs and goals, we don't post their every word.

Doug, thank you!
You could not have said it better!

I now see that Despicable Savage Monster has made a veiled threat to you.

I will not be replying to his post as it is beneath contempt. By his own admission he has been baiting me. Instead, he got blown up by his own booby-trap!

Next time he writes to you, tell him not to waste his time but go elsewhere and get a life and do something productive, and better still to return to school for an education that will give him a broader perspective and understanding of life in general, and more important, a good sense of humor.

FWIW, according to Arch Crawford (the financial astrologer-cum-chartist extraordinaire), things are very likely to get worse in the Middle East in the next few days or early next week because of the mutual square configuration of the planets Mars and Saturn. Tempers will flare and unprecedented violence will be the most likely result. Ah! But Arch was wrong a couple of times before. So, let's hope he is wrong again this time. But, if more violence erupts, the pog will be affected. It will be interesting to see how pog will be affected. Perhaps not at all?

I will be away for a couple of weeks for my springbreak. If I come across an internet cafe I may post from there.

Best,

Rich
