Merrill, and Blodgett, may well bear some serious $$$ responsibility for such action. class action suit? 500 million award, 400 million to the lawyers, 100 million to be divided about 10 million people = $10 each - gee, I could supersize by big mac. larry

Nothing amazes me anymore. I actually expect this kind of news.
It took me a long time to TOTALLY mistrust the advice side of the brokerage business. But I'm there.
