Earnings better be half decent or the market will be in trouble.

and we have whole new element to deal with this Q....some companies will be taking huge charges for their investments that have lost so much value...

might really bite into book value...

ORPH +6% (FDA approvable letter), SONS +5.4% (tops EPS consensus), IDPH +3% (raises EPS guidance)... The following stocks are trading lower after issuing negative guidance: NAUT -13.5%, RIMM -10%, AEOS -8%... IDTI falls 3.7% on Fulcrum initial Sell rating.

Jean, the last time I saw a buyers strike like this was August last year.
Funny too, the Nasdaq is riding the lower B to hell here, real tight, riding the slope down, looks like August.
And, the BTK, BB's opened up like a snake's mouth, ready to bite, like August last year.
No predictions here, just an observation.
Techs, either everyone wants them or no one wants them.
