Mike...can you see where Sharon is in the same position where LBJ was during Viet Nam Build up...The more troops that are thrown into the battle (West Bank and Viet Nam) the more dubious the outcome.

Arafat and Sharon both have to go....Jerusalem becomes an international city protected by international peace keepers. Israel returns to borders that are easier to defend.

This is a War unlike the ones of the past. Firebombing of the West Bank is not an option...I don't think that we have the toleration for civilian casualties that existed in years past.

In the opinion of the world press Israel is killing more innocent civilians than they are hostile combatants. And to make matters worse the situation is deteriorating despite persistent Israeli attacks. This all speaks of a failed military operation. The US and the world is not going to accept the concept..."we had to destroy the village in order to save it"
