Mr. Allen, "in spite of" is a very poor choice of words. The Contract With America, was real and was all the congress and impotent mr stupidest that ever was was limp and could do nothing. Well nothing but spend all his time charming the interns and wives of others for whatever reason. So I'd guess consumption of kleenex and other paper good went up but you cannot convince me that that made any difference. The impact of the stupidest that ever was on the economy was as loud as the sound of a tree falling in the remotest part of ANWAR. And there are no trees in ANWAR anyway. tom watson tosiwmee
