* Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C)

* ChevronTexaco Corp. (NYSE: CVX)

* Nokia Corp. (NYSE: NOK)

* Intel Corp. (Nasdaq: INT)

Here is a synopsis of why these stocks are on the Brokerage Firm Buy List:

Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C): This global financial powerhouse continues to be a favorite of the analyst community and six of the largest brokerage firms now recommend it on their core lists. The company spun off Traveler's Insurance this quarter and has had strong performance from its credit card unit along with an increase in corporate and investment banking activities.

ChevronTexaco Corp. (NYSE: CVX): The combination of these two companies has analysts quite pleased as the integration appears to be proceeding smoothly creating a $300-400 million pretax benefit to the new conglomerate. Coupled with a strong research foray into fuel cells, analysts at 4 of the largest brokerage firms are very positive on the stock for the long haul.

Nokia Corp. (NYSE: NOK): While there are questions surrounding the wireless handset market in the near term, Nokia remains a favorite of three analysts as it continues to improve its phones and be one of the cornerstones of that market. Any uptick in this industry will drive NOK shares higher.

Intel Corp. (Nasdaq: INTC): The leading semiconductor manufacturer continues to perform with 50+% gross margins in spite of a tough environment. The company is seeking to diversify into faster growing markets, which is part of the growth appeal for the six Wall Street firms that continue to wave the banner for these shares.

Denmark
Denmark's position remains unchanged. The NMT network was closed down at the end February 2002, and the
regulator is to allocate the available frequency to TETRA.
Finland
In Finland the regulator has decided that the 450 MHz will not be substituted when Sonera's licence expires in
December 2002. The frequency will be allocated to TETRA.

Conclusion

As unlikely as this might have seemed a couple of months back, CDMA-450 looks poised to become the
technology of choice in at least Sweden and Norway, ....if and if and if and if and if...

... deployment in Romania and advanced pilot trials in Moscow and St Petersburg, the case for CDMA-450
looks strong.....

..A Brand New World (ABNW)...

Ho-ho-ho Ilmarinen

But maybe there will be someone using a possible network, if it is kind of free, handset, RF filters
and all..
