Thank you for that chip shot, mike. Now if you'll actually go and read the data in the link that I put up, you'll see that all of the numbers are annualized. How about that? Or are you suggesting that the German economy grew at 16.4% (annualized) in 1Q 2001?

I also remember that the Bundesbank put out a report about what German growth would have been using the US [Hedonic] method.. it was quite a bit higher if I remember correctly.
