10:58 ET Market Action Investors returning to the biotech/pharma sector following 3 weeks of downside pressure on the group. IDPH (+6.5%) is providing leadership in the space, with MYGN (+8%), AMGN (+3.4%), and PDLI (+6.3%) also pulling out of recent funk (short-covering a contributing factor)... After continuing to demonstrate a weaker bias in early trading, semiconductor equipment makers have pushed off their lows, which has helped lift SOX (+0.6%) into positive territory... Homebuilders and telecom services being left out of rally. Of note to the downside in the latter group are WCOM (-7.6%), BRW (-6.7%), Q (-5.6%), T (-3.4%), PCS (-3.1%).
