Justa, WCOM will not get bought until they go chapter 11. Nobody is going to touch that debt. After that, Verizon will probably gobble them up, IMO.

I imagine there are some loan covenants that will be in play if WCOM drops under $5.00. I haven't looked at their financials close enough to know when they will face a Chapter 11 filing.
