MeDroogies,
Looked at your chart and then ran my chart with MF and you are correct. I then ran a GBLXQ chart for an extreme example of what MF can do. That chart shows that MF can really take a dive. But CPQ is no Global Crossing. I also think CPQ MF has bottomed out.
