remember when Capellas said CPQ was an email culture and HP a voicemail culture? Funny how that works out. It is much easier to review and control content in an email, although not everyone does so. A senior tech exec once told me - "before you hit send, look at that mail and imagine it on the front page of the Mercury News, then see if there is anything you would want to change." Hard to do that after leaving a voicemail.
