Bush goes many sentences without mangling anything.

Only when he reads prepared text; he's much better at that then he was a year ago. He's being handled better. Get him off the script, and he mangles not only the language, but the subject as well.

I am proud every time I hear Bush talk. I think Dan Quayle got a bum rap too.

It was a dumb trap. Bush goes many sentences without mangling anything. He usually has to be talking for quite awhile before stumbling.
