Carl, I'm flattered by the attention...

but I know you would not stoop so low as to quote one reply out of the dozens that appeared on that article. The consensus from users and reviewers is that DDR has signal integrity problems, and the faster you try to push it, the more these are apparent, particularly if you use more than 2 DIMMs or try to mix brands supposedly based on a common spec; nay, a common gerber, verily.
