Also, QQQ hit the Feb. low (or at least within 2 cents of it). That was my target (though the market can always move beyond targets). Sentiment is bottoming out in the short term for the Naz. That isn't to say there's an "All Clear," because it doesn't work like that in the market. But my signals would seem to agree with Don's.

Earlier today, when the Naz was at its height, there was divergence between my sentiment indicator and the Naz composite, suggesting the strong possibility of a pullback. The pullback occurred. Now there have been intraday buy signals, with short-term sentiment hitting 0 several times. It would be nice to see the signals confirmed near the close. A close near 0 for the short-term sentiment indicator would suggest a buy, but a strong reversal from yesterday's value would also indicate a buy.

One concern is that with everyone looking at that Feb. low, it could always give way, so use stops. Know where the exits and lifejackets are.

Not good. This explains why the cattle and lean hog futures have been crashing. Limit down today on hogs.
