Traders attributing intraday flop to Bloomberg story that Siebel expects 100-200 information technology companies to close this yr due to weak software demand. Speaking at a presentation in Madrid, co reported to have called Q1 possibly the worst in industry history

All software got slammed when that came out...

AOL..hope it goes to 12


On AOL (whoever and whatever they are) ...somebody sold 18.4 million shares of AOL between $20.00 and $20.50 yesterday . No name of the seller has been disclosed, but the trade was evidently run through Credit Suisse Boston.....

tough to figure out what kind of trade to make on AOL/TW
at this point ...it could rally on a huge up day , or there's some smart money that is seeing something even more negative out there and were just
cutting their losses.

Be fun to watch what happens....
