I am sure others here have thought this, but have never questioned your "authority Does working in Korea contradict anything about working as a data implementor for 5 years? No matter which way you look at it? Maybe that explains on why you have trouble keeping a job? So personal attack is finally on the table now? Nice slip. and only worked as an RF Field Engineer installing Broadcast/Shortwave and microwave transmission equipment for about 20 years! So that explains your claim of moderating HDR into MDR to keep the back haul capacity down while boasting getting broadband from your pool free.
