US courts have ruled that special covenants which restrict ownership are indeed deemed racist, no matter what the past histories have been. Israeli courts have ruled the first instance unconstitutional, I wouldn't say "racist", as that wasn't the reason the laws were established, and as I said, Israel is attempting to move away from that... the second instance is just fine in my book, and the Israeli government thinks it's fine as well. -Z
