TSMC insists 0.13-micron process is ramping despite snags with low-k version

I can think of another processor company that is having problems as well and it isn't Intel. Intel is the only company in the world to move to high volume production on .13u

So, the Intel style, FSG stuff is shipping in volume, but the hi-performance, AMD style stuff is not.

If AMD can't get SOI to work, they'll have to settle for Intel level performance, but if AMD is successful, they'll be ahead of everyone, once again.
