Had to be coming and it comes from one of the worst managed companies in the US. If they are successful with it then you will see ERICY, AMCC, LU, and many others try it. Want stock price to point where they can get attention from institutional buyers. Another sign of how bad things have gotten. Anybody think it will help the stocks or market? Nah. Just further to fall.
