At this point, the longer they wait the more difficult it is going to be. They need to move fast and exhibit sensitivity during the process. MC has a good record in this area. I also think HP should not have announced the 150 managers until the deal was done. That was getting the cart ahead of the horse. MC should have done that, not a transition committee. It smacked of politics.
