What flapjack doesn't know; is that while African Americans feared the KKK in the South, Asians feared union activists in the west - and for very much the same reason. Things got much better (for asians) after the 2nd world war. But every once in a while, you see anti-asian bias bubble up from unions (at least its not directed against asians living in the U.S.).
