Sorry, yes it is. Who owns the residence? The Bush family or the state of Florida?

Obviously, Jeb Bush and his family aren't going to be evicted from the governor's mansion. But according to the recent Supreme Court ruling, they COULD. And, more important, one could make an argument that they should move out on a moral basis.

I'm always amused at the ramifications of "let's get tough on crime" legislation/rulings. Consequences often are unintended, as is the case here.

Bottom line, of course, is that poor drug offenders in Florida go to jail, while offspring of the governor enter rehab.
