I think FNV will soon add a little "sparkle" to the play.

Death of Tech plays may prove to help anyone..
.. who focuses on the mining plays again..
and forgets about chasing those "pipe" dreams.

I fear your buy in price is a little high on FNV but
hey - a higher price will be welcomed by all concerned.

Mr. David Power reports
Falcon Ventures has reached an agreement with Kiong Kok Tan and K.K. Tan International Inc. to resolve all outstanding claims, debts and liabilities between all parties. In compliance with the terms of the agreement, the company has applied for the release of 3,349,976 shares of an original 7.1 million shares held in escrow. The remaining 3,750,024 shares will be returned to the company's treasury as consented to by Mr. Tan. This satisfactorily completes a 14-month negotiation much to the satisfaction of the company and Mr. Tan.
Upon the cancellation of the 3,750,024 escrow shares the company will have reduced the number of outstanding shares to 39,158,845 shares.
