11:21AM Virage Logic (VIRL) 15.09 +0.46: Stock is on the rise today (+3.1%) following Adams Harkness initiation of coverage with a Buy rating and price target of $24. Firm finds VIRL's business model highly attractive, with gross margins in excess of 80% and a growing amount of royalty revenue from both fabless semiconductor suppliers and IDMs. Firm thinks company is capable of 35% annual revenue growth, on average. At 6.1x CY02 revenue estimate of $49 mln, VIRL's valuation is considerably lower than peer average, and firm believes valuation will expand as dynamics of business model become evident.
