Sure, but ...

I used to be pissed at documentaries showing thousands of bodies at concentration camps, since you get the idea pretty quickly without it from transcripts, it is hard to look at, and makes me puke to think of the individuals who did these things.

But these arguments about "socially constructed reality" benefit from photographic evidence to stay on track of the truth.

To look at several murderously totalitarian societies and how they got that way, read "Police State" by Jules Archer. He tracks the magnitudes and methods.

He also has a cautionary chapter about the U.S. at the end, which is only alluded to early on. Not that we'll be Nazi Germany, but there are new techniques of undue influence, and concentration of power beginning to occur.

I thought the Nova program last night pretty much made mincemeat of Fred Leuchter Jr.'s scientific tests. Also, didn't Irving concede that more than 100,000 Jews were gassed by the exhaust from just three trucks in the span of four or five weeks?!
