Charles, what's your 'objective' take on the low for SUNW short term???
Will the 7.73 low today hold??? Hasn't seen 7.75 since last SEPT.

I have been trying to convert you guys to GAAP but hthought it was a lost cause so presented the comparison in terms of pro forma. If we use GAAP, SUNW looks even more overvalued.

Remember the original point of this conversation was that SUNW is too overvalued for takeover. You tried to compare it to CPQ to counter that but investigating the financials shows SUNW is valued about three times more highly in terms of P/E, P/S.
