Environmentalists have complained they were largely snubbed... LOL! Does the pope wear a pointed hat? It's funny these government documents take so long to be released, showing the Oil Administration hates environmental-types. I think that's the "limited-controlled-modified-hangout" strategy, dribbling bits here and there until people get bored and don't notice the "...then Ken Lay promised Cheney $1 million in a briefcase plus keys to his private island..." item.
