Ted
what was said, if I recall it correctly, is that Stalin was Hitler's illy until the illied forces offered him a better deal.

You tried to correct me when I told you that Hitler and Stalin were never allies but rather the peace treaty was signed. Stalin planned to use that time rearm with t34 tanks and yaks and la airplanes.
and as in the documents that you posted, he even tried to form anti-fashist alliance with uk and france but those did not go for it.
You also tried to correct me when I said that the peace treaty was not broken by Stalin when he was offered a better deal as you suggested but rather by Hitler who attacked Russia before it had a chance to rearm.

And you continue to insist on some alliance with Hitler that was broken by some better deal even though that the document that you posted said otherwise.

re: are you A. Sharon

while I do not think myself as a soldier like Sharon, I see nothing negative in comparison with him

re: I remember the allies offered something...Poland, or Bulgaria...something to make him quit Hitler and open a new front against the Germans. That's all I remember.

attack on Poland was not offered by anyone. Russia attacked Poland when it was clear that Poland would fall to Hitler and that was not a bad decision.

When Hitler attacked Russia, Enland was at war with Germany and France had fallen. If Hitler would get to Russian oild fields and destroy Russian Army then the allied forces would not be even close to combined forces of Germany, Japan and Italy. Russia became vital for survival of UK and US as well.

Where did make a mistake here?
