BWAC, Thanks for posting the MER lawsuit. Interesting read. The brokerage companies do have some explaining to do it appears. I always knew what they were about. Well, not always but it became apparent after I had starting reading some of their recommendations. But, to a much more casual investor I can see how one may become dependent on their research. We always say do own research but for many that not an option because that do not have the know how and pay folks like MER to do it for them. Usually I don't fall on the consumers side on these type matters but I this case I'm leaning their way. Joe
