In fact, at the Arab Summit, they declared that those Palestinians who live in other countries don't have a choice; they will be forced back to Israel. The PLO had many of those people sign documents which said that they would never give up that right of return for any money or land elsewhere. It's a strategy set up in the late '60s-early '70s to destroy Israel. -Z
