Since most Americans have jobs and are unable to attend these promotions, this would give a better representation of the silent majority. Also if Arafat spent 20 million on the palestinian people instead of new helicopters then they would not feel so humiliated. I think that the humiliation comes because your leaders think that your life is so worthless that you would be better off dead. This was a joke. Arafat wanted to be a Martyr when Israel's army was tearing down his compound. Why was he crying on the phone to America, and the rest of the Arab countries that they were going to kill him. The martyr words came when he found out that they had no intention of killing him. What happened to the leaders of the terrorist organization that gave their self up instead of being a martyr like the hapless souls they sent to hell on homicide missions. Cowards wandering around with no back bone like usual. Respect and dignity must be earned from your peers and it is not given by the arab barbarian named muhammad the pea brain prophet.
