Actually, it's more or less German written in a Hebrew alphabet with some Hebrew words and expressions mixed in. The Sephardic Jews also had a similar language, called Ladino, which was Spanish/Hebrew. Previous to the Roman exile, the Jews in the Middle East spoke a language called Aramaic, which was Hebrew/Arabic. Jesus probably spoke it.
