Last night watching CNN, they were talking about the mid-east conflict. They showed stats on where the Palestinian Authority gets it's funds to operate their government, schools, hospitals, etc. They received something like $460 million, $250 million or so came from Europe, $170 million or so from the US....and a whole $7 million from Arab states, including Saudi Arabia.

Amazing numbers.

That $7 million did not include what they pay the suicide bomber families..

A very sad update from The West Bank...

Message 17317701

<<The International Red Cross has said Israeli authorities have been refusing to allow ambulances to treat the wounded all over the West Bank, which is a war crime under the Geneva Conventions...>>

If this article is true The IDF will have a tough time justifying its actions...Why can't the press do its job...? Is there something to hide...? The UN wants Human Rights Organizations to be let in to the occupied territories right now...Why is there resistance...? I don't have the answers BUT I do feel that some of Sharon's decisions are very counter-productive and may come back to haunt him. JMHO.
