Why would one buy WCOM rather than MCIT? MCIT is the one with the cash flow and the dividend. In other stocks that combine "old" and "new" telephony pieces like Q and CWP, the new piece is typically valued at zero or even negatively. It seems to me that the only value in WCOM is in its MCI piece.
