Les, I don't believe many of those cycles apply. With the advent of the modern day mutual fund manager, the beginning and end of the month are stronger times than the middle. Also, I've seen graphs that show Mon & Tues are stronger days on the indices the past 2-years, and the rest of the week is weak. Most of the gains have come on Mon & Tues also. I guess that contradicts everything in that article.
