<<Lou is from McKenzie>>

Where do you think your good friend Mr. Skilling did his training before Kenny Boy hired him <G>....?

Most of what McKinsey does is ethical BUT most of it is done secretly --> their high priced consultants are hired by boards and top execs to 'enhance performance', recommend changes in structure, etc....It wouldn't surprise me at all if Ms. Carly Fiorina had McKinsey on the payroll --> they probably dreamed up the merger idea...If HWP and CPQ actually do merge the integration issues will be HUGE and high priced consultants will be needed for some mult-year projects.

regards,

-Scott

btw, I'm not making this stuff up...I have friends & classmates who work inside most of the top management consulting firms and I have heard some incredible stories...One Fortune 100 firm had 3 of these consulting companies on retainer at once --> they spent hundreds of millions/year on these types of services and became DEPENDENT on outside help.
