Crude (25.21 -0.92, -3.5%) still under heavy pressure as there is hope for some semblance of stability in the Middle East with the arrival of US Secretary of State Powell. Perhaps more importantly, however, the market seems to think that the PDVSA strike in Venezuela may be nearing an end
