I guess that would depend on the particular jurisdiction which accepted the case. Probably have to sue the idiot in Texas to make it stick for personal jursidiction purposes. I'm not that familiar with the libel laws in that locale...Look at it this way, even if you don't win, you'd make the jackass spend a bunch of money to defend his ignorant self. Might be worth throwing a few bucks at... I'd say given Clinton's rep. it might even be a decent case....

Zero. You'd have to first prove that your "actual" reputation was damaged, as opposed to your "posting" reputation. And how you gonna do that?

I've got a better idea. Why don't you skedaddle over to the "Let's Talk About Our Feelings" thread for a while and talk things out. If you can't stand being called a "liar" and a "cheat," you certainly don't belong on this thread.
