14:53 ET AOL AOL Time Warner: Pittman move could signal miss, stock near bottom-- TWP (19.96 -0.74) -- Update --
Thomas Weisel believes that yesterday's announcement that Bob Pittman would become CEO of the AOL division could presage a bigger Q1 miss at that division than estimated; however, firm notes that even if one assumes zero value for the AOL division and applies VIA's 17x 2002 EBITDA multiple to the Time Warner divisions, it supports a share price of $19.50, suggesting the stock may be near a bottom.
