Reports Q1 pro forma EPS of $0.01, $0.05 better than the Multex pro forma consensus; revs were $83.7 mln, vs consensus of $84.0 mln. Co expects Q2 revs of $77-$82 mln and pro forma EPS of ($0.01)-$0.01, vs consensus of breakeven and $89.6 mln.
