Co expects Q2 revs of $77-$82 mln and pro forma EPS of ($0.01)-$0.01, vs consensus of breakeven and $89.6 mln. 16:50 ET Acclaim in line on EPS, beats revenue consensus (AKLM) 4.68 +0.07: Reports Q2 (Feb) earnings of $0.06, in line with the Multex consensus; revenues were $70.7 mln vs the consensus of $65.0 mln; company guides Q3 earnings and revenue to $65 mln and $0.03 vs consensus estimates of $64.5 mln and $0.03. FY02 and FY03 guidance also provided, and roughly in line with consensus.
