My quick glance at AOL: best comparisons are other large entertainment conglomerates (DIS, FOX, VIA). Compared to those valuation seems about right. They are all either cheap, fair or dear together. Except for the kicker that the online portion of AOL 'should' grow faster than the others. So if I were buying 1 company in that area, I would choose AOL but I don't have any now (except via S&P 500) and am not planning to buy soon.
