The bubble has much further to go before it is officially over. Just look at AMZN, AOL, CSCO, and YHOO to see how incredibly overvalued some of the high fliers still are, even the long drop (including today's).

The bubble will be over when Yahoo trades at 1/3 its current value, AOL at 1/4, Amazon at 1/6, CSCO at 1/5.

Then, and only then will investors jump back in and start buying stocks.
