I assume you will discredit on similar grounds every Microsoft employee called as a witness. _Of course_ many of the people willing to formulate and express an opinion are interested in the outcome. That's why they have an opinion. Otherwise the two sides would be required to call as witnesses only the totally clueless and "hired guns" who had only spoken to the similarly clueless or mercenary. Try evaluating the opinions expressed on their merits, not just their source. JMHO. Charles Tutt (SM)
